                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6011,
                   6019, 6023 CENTURY OAKS DRIVE, BEING ON THE
                   NORTHEAST LINE OF CENTURY OAKS DRIVE NORTHEAST
                   OF PRESERVATION DRIVE,  FROM M-2 LIGHT
                   INDUSTRIAL ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 6011, 6019, and 6023
                Century Oaks Drive, being on the northeast line of
                Century Oaks Drive northeast of Preservation Drive. 
                Lots 48, 49, and 50, Subdivision of the Bonny Oaks
                Industrial and Office Park, Phase Two, as shown by
                plat of record in plat book 46, page 51, ROHC;
                being part of the property described in deed book
                L, volume 6, page 595, ROHC.  Tax Map No.
                129K-B-27.12, 27.13, and 27.14.
               
               
         from M-2 Light Industrial Zone to O-1 Office Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
